INSTALL REQUIREMENTS
Failure to follow all of the following requirements will result in additional charges at the tenant’s expense.

• Tenants and vendors are not permitted on the roof.
• Existing wires should be used when possible. If holes are needed, written permission must be given. No new holes may be drilled without written permission from the Landlord.
• Nothing may be mounted on the roof, eave, or walls.
• Wiring to the pole must be underground and no wires may cross the roof, driveway, or sidewalk.
• Installer must call Georgia 811 To have all wires located prior to installation. Approval from Georgia 811 is required for documentation.
• Third Party Liability Information is required.
