A $200 reservation fee is charged with all new leases to cover basic paint and cleaning. Anything beyond that will be charged to the deposit.
All pet deposits are non-refundable.
Many of our rentals are pet friendly. Please check each listing and see if pets are allowed.
If they are allowed, you can expect to pay a nonrefundable pet fee, complete the pet application, and send us their most recent vet records to be sure their shots are up to date.
Lessees must be at least 18 years old to rent.
