Complete the checklist within seven days of moving in. Schedule a maintenance request to review the list and property with the maintenance team to agree on the conditions of the property. Once signed, each party will have a copy of the agreement. Should tenant choose to move in without completing the Move in Checklist the tenant agrees to waive right to contest any damage fees.  The property manager will then use the same checklist after move out to determine if any of the tenants’ deposit will be retained for cleaning or repair.
